Top tips for a gluten free picnic

If you’re going on a picnic and worried about keeping it safely gluten free, there are a few things you can do.

Try to keep every dish in its own container to avoid any cross contamination between gluten free and gluten-filled dishes.

You’ll also want to pack plenty of serving spoons to ensure there is no double dipping! And if you have opted for crisps and dip, spoon the dips out onto your plate before dipping your crisps.

It’s also a good idea to pack some basics like gluten free sandwiches and keep them labelled and separate from the ‘normal’ sandwiches.

With a little care and attention, you can enjoy a completely gluten free picnic and not have to worry – and hopefully these recipe ideas will help you out!
