We’re nearly at the end of May but I’ve found so many new gluten free products this week, I couldn’t wait until next month to share them! From new gluten free bread to English muffins and vegan cheesecakes, there have been loads of new gluten free goodies on the shelves. Here are 13 new gluten free products I’ve found (in the UK) this week…

Boots Salted Caramel Crunch bars

GLUTEN FREE FINDS MAY 2019 (2)

I’ve heard about these gluten free salted caramel crunch bars being part of the meal deal in Boots for a little while but I only discovered one this week for the first time. They’re pretty tasty – and I’m 99% sure they’re exactly the same as the M&S ones, just in different wrapping.

Gü melt-in-the-middle chocolate puddings

GLUTEN FREE FINDS MAY 2019 (2)

Apparently these new puddings from Gü, which are gluten free and vegetarian, have always been gluten free but now they’ve changed the labeling to reflect this. I’m loving the fact more Gü puddings are just surprising us by popping up in the free from aisle unannounced! And in other new Gü finds this week…

Gü strawberry and rhubarb cheesecakes

GLUTEN FREE FINDS MAY 2019 (2)

Ok I promise this post is not sponsored by Gü, but I also had to share these gluten free and vegan strawberry and rhubarb cheesecakes by Gü. Loving the summery flavour combination and after trying the chocolate ones, I’m convinced these will also be amazing.

Amy’s Kitchen Chinese Noodles and Veggies meal

GLUTEN FREE FINDS MAY 2019 (2)

I’ve been a long-term, die-hard fan of Amy’s Kitchen mac and cheese – I eat it way too often. This week I saw they were all on offer for Coeliac UK Awareness Week so decided to branch out. This Chinese Noodles and Veggies meal was great and the texture of the noodles was so close to ‘real’ ones!

Tesco popped potato chips

GLUTEN FREE FINDS MAY 2019 (12)

I’m pretty sure these are one of those products which say ‘new’ but have been around for a while!? It was nice to buy a multi-pack or crisps and I enjoyed both of the Tesco gluten free popped potato chips flavours. They went very well in a gluten free cheese sandwich!

Morrison’s new gluten free bread

GLUTEN FREE FINDS MAY 2019 (12)

It’s always exciting when a supermarket expands their range and the new gluten free bread from Morrison’s looks delicious. I’ve heard really good things about the white rolls so I will have to pick some up and try them soon!

Sacla gluten free and vegan white sauce

GLUTEN FREE FINDS MAY 2019 (2)

It’s great to see more dairy free and vegan options that are gluten free on the shelves. This white sauce from Sacla is gluten free and vegan so perfect for everyone. I love the funky labels too – found this in Sainsbury’s in the free from aisle, along with….

Sacla gluten free and vegan bolognese sauce

GLUTEN FREE FINDS MAY 2019 (12)

This other gluten free and vegan sauce option from Sacla looks good too. It’s made with pea protein and it looks pretty tasty. Maybe I could buy this with the vegan white sauce and have a go at a gluten free and vegan lasagne.

Chocolate dipped snowconut sticks

GLUTEN FREE FINDS MAY 2019 (12)

These cute gluten and dairy free choc ice variant from The Coconut Collaborative look amazing! I found them in the frozen aisle in Sainsbury’s and reckon they’re going to be perfect for the summer heatwave I am confident is on the way!

Kevita Master Brew Kombucha

GLUTEN FREE FINDS MAY 2019 (12)

I’m still on the fence about whether I like kombucha or not, but this new tart cherry kombucha I found in Sainsbury’s has swayed me! It’s a tad pricey at £3-something a bottle but it’s absolutely delicious and the cutest pink colour! I’m hooked.

Mrs Crimble’s lunchbox loaf cakes

GLUTEN FREE FINDS MAY 2019 (12)

I was kindly gifted these new chocolate and jammy lunchbox loaf cakes from Mrs Crimble’s (find them in Tesco) and I LOVE them. They remind me of the cakes I used to have in my packed lunch before I became gluten free. Definitely a fabulous and somewhat nostalgic find.

BFree gluten free English muffins

GLUTEN FREE FINDS MAY 2019 (12)

I don’t think I’ve ever had an English muffin before, so I’m excited to try these gluten free ones from BFree! I found these in Tesco and now I can finally fulfil all my gluten free McMuffin dreams!! Plus they’re dairy free and vegan too – an added bonus!
