Well, it’s been a busy start to 2019, hasn’t it? Loads of new gluten free products have been launching in supermarkets this week, so here’s a quick rundown as to some of the ones I think you should keep an eye out for! From gluten free pizza and bake at home bread, to new sandwiches and vegan goodies, here are 11 gluten free products that have hit the shelves this week.

M&S gluten free pizza

You know me, I’m definitely not one to turn down a pizza! It seems the whole of the gluten free community is with me on that one – this new pizza seemed to melt the internet this week! It’s a bit of a pricey one at £4.50, and I personally prefer the Pizza Express one if we’re working in that price range, but it is pretty tasty and the base is lovely.

M&S gluten free garlic bread

As exciting for me this week was the new M&S cheesy garlic bread! Be warned, it gets a bit greasy, but it’s absolutely delicious! This pizza-style bread would make a great side with pasta. Get this at £4 a go – it can be found in the fresh free from aisle along with the pizza above.

Tesco gluten free sandwiches

Those who struggle to get an easy (and affordable) gluten free lunch on the go, rejoice! This week Tesco launched not one, but two gluten free sandwiches – and they’re in the meal deal! There’s a cheese and onion mayo one, as well as a chicken, bacon and lettuce one which is also dairy free. At £2.80 each or in a £3 meal deal, this isn’t one to be missed – and I’ve heard people say the bread is good.

Sainsbury’s chocolate hot cross buns

know it is far too early for Easter goodies to be on the shelves, but I was so excited to see these gluten and dairy free CHOCOLATE hot cross buns in Sainsbury’s I just had to try them. And I can vouch that they are bloody marvellous. I will certainly be stocking up on them!

M&S bake at home bread

And speaking of gluten free bread, I’ve also been hearing great things about this gluten free bake at home bread from M&S. It’s meant to be super tasty and I can’t wait to give it a go!

M&S Bakewell slices

Oh, M&S really have outdone themselves this week haven’t they? These Bakewell slices look an absolute treat! They are definitely top of my list of treats to try this week, and an excellent break away from the usual gluten free chocolate brownie.

M&S Rocky Road pieces

Of course, if you still need a chocolate fix, this tub of gluten free rocky roads is perfect. They’re the perfect bite-size treat and they taste amazing, I can vouch for that! One to try if you’re able to share them… or just hide them and scoff them all yourself!

Morrisons gluten free & vegan pizza

After M&S upset all the dairy free coeliacs with their new gluten free pizza, Morrisons saved the day with the launch of their gluten free vegan pizza! It seems all the shops have gone Veganuary-crazy, but this was a welcome addition for all those who can’t have gluten or dairy, hurrah! I haven’t had a chance to get it yet, but here’s a post from the lovely Gluten Free Alice who managed to grab one!

Sainsbury’s gluten free & vegan pizza

And for all those upset they can’t find a gluten and dairy free pizza which isn’t ‘boring’, Sainsbury’s have entered the market with this gluten free and vegan butternut squash and caramelised onion pizza! Find it in the fresh free from aisle – hopefully now there is something for everyone!

Sainsbury’s gluten free & vegan garlic bread

Following in the footsteps of M&S, Sainsbury’s have also released a gluten and dairy free pizza-style garlic bread. It looks nice and cheesy and greasy – I’m definitely looking forward to trying it! Another find in the fresh free from aisle.

Sainsbury’s gluten free naan breads

I’m yet to spot these in my store, but excited to see the launch of these Sainsbury’s gluten free naan breads. I personally love the Whole  Creations ones they sell and think they’re the best on the market so far, so I’m really hoping they will continue to stock these now they have their own brand.
