Where can you get gluten free gravy and stock cubes?
I’ve been asked this question a lot lately, so I’ve hunted down all of the gluten free stock cubes and gravy mixes I could find in my local supermarkets.
Gravy or stock cubes often have wheat flour in, and it’s left a lot of people with coeliac disease stumped.
After all, what is a roast dinner or bangers and mash, without gravy?
Luckily, there seem to be plenty of options on the market.
You’ll find the kitchen staple, Oxo cubes, are sadly out of the question (cheers for that, gluten).
And some of Bisto’s gravies also have a ‘may contain wheat’ warning on them, despite no gluten in the ingredients list.
But there are plenty of options out there, so fear not, save your roast with some of these beauties!
We’ll start with gluten free gravy – scroll on for gluten free stock cubes.

Did I miss any out?
I know this list is now exclusive and there are some supermarkets I haven’t been able to visit. I’d love to know if there are any gluten free gravy or stock cubes that I have missed? Please comment below and let me know or tag me on my Facebook page, Instagram or Twitter.

Only gravy granules I have found that don’t cause a gluten reaction and don’t contain milk are Marigold Gravy Granules https://www.amazon.co.uk/Marigold-Health-Foods-Granules-Gluten-Free/dp/B077YQPBMX
Oxo stock pots have gluten listed on the ingredients, I emailed them to ask but never got a reply as to why they have gluten listed yet claim gluten free, since stopping using them Iโve proved it was them that sneaked the gluten into my diet.
Also asda stock pots are May Contain And same issue as above so be careful with them!
Even if it says gluten free CHECK THE LABEL, Iโve found a Korean BBQ in Asda claiming gluten free yet it clearly states MAY CONTAIN GLUTEN on the label! I check all despite labelling, thatโs how I found out about the Oxo containing Gluten and the Knor Beef Containing Gluten as well.
Iโve never seen the Asda Gravy Pots so Iโll look out for them to try!
Stay safe and Gluten free! Lol
My go to was always bovril cubes but canโt get them anywhere now
Are Bovril cubes gluten free? I cannot get any information about these.
Knorr Zero Salt stock cubes are also lactose and gluten free. The online description says so but not flagged on front of packet.
