I don’t know about you but I am a huge fan of speedy meals – and any 30 minute gluten free meal I can cook is a bonus.

I’m often home late from work so having half an hour to cook is about the maximum I can spare more weekdays.

Which is why I’ve put together this handy guide to some of the speediest gluten free dinners on the blog!

With some of these ready in 10 minutes or less, one thing I can promise is that none of these will take more than half an hour to put on the table.

So whatever mood you’re in, I hope you’ll find a recipe here that you can cook up for an easy gluten free weeknight meal.

And of course, some of these are great for leftovers which means you can have an even speedier lunch the next day too.

Adding the chorizo is my favourite thing to do but you could keep it vegan by frying some tomatoes and peppers instead if you like.
