My hubby was recently diagnosed as coeliac and gluten free food is so expensive - it would be great to be able to try so many products to find the ones he likes, rather than buying them for him not to like them!

This would be perfect for my son who has coeliac disease and is a uni student, struggling on a student loan. I am unable to help him financially as I am disabled. I think it's terrible that he can no longer get even the basic gluten free foods on prescription.

I think you should pick me to win this hamper as due to numerous other auto-immune conditions and side effects of medications following a kidney transplant, I find it hard to be inspired to eat, especially when the cost is so high. Having discovered I have a gluten intolerance, this blog has really helped and encouraged me what to eat. I've been able to find alternatives to my 'favourite' foods and not feel left out by not being able to eat certain things.
