These easy ground beef nachos are loaded with chilli beef, cheese, guacamole and salsa for the best family dinner. Great for celebrations and gatherings too!
Add a little oil to a large frying pan and place on a medium heat. Fry the beef mince for 4-5 minutes until brown.
Add the onion, chopped tomatoes, garlic, paprika, chilli powder, cumin and a generous pinch of salt to the beef. Mix well and continue to fry on a medium heat for another 4-5 minutes.
Drain the black beans and add to the pan along with the tomato puree and water. Mix well and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
To make the loaded nachos:
Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat. Spread the nachos out on a baking tray in one even layer.
Spoon the beef mixture evenly over the top of the nachos then sprinkle with the cheese. Place under the grill for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Remove from under the grill, dollop the guacamole and salsa over the top and serve the nachos straight away.
Notes
These gluten free nachos are best served fresh.
