These honey mustard cocktail sausages are the perfect party food or appetiser! Only 3 ingredients, and so simple to make in the oven or air fryer. Use gluten free cocktail sausages for a coeliac-safe recipe.
Add the honey and mustard to a bowl and mix together well. Add the cocktail sausages and mix until they are fully coated.
To cook in the oven:
Preheat the oven to 200C / Fan 180C / Gas Mark 6. Pour the sausages onto a non-stick baking sheet and spread them out evenly. Place in the oven and roast for 20 minutes, turning half way through, until they are brown and cooked through.
To cook in the air fryer:
Pour the sausages straight into the air fryer basket (I used a silicone liner to help with the washing up!) and then air fry at 180C for 15-18 minutes, tossing half way through, until they are brown and cooked through.
