This easy protein mousse is a gluten free dessert which requires NO baking and only 2 ingredients! It tastes super indulgent but is actually relatively healthy.
Melt the chocolate by breaking it up and placing it in a bowl over a pan of hot (not boiling) water. Stir occasionally until the chocolate has melted, then remove from the heat and leave for a couple of minutes to cool.
Add the Greek yoghurt to a large mixing bowl and pour in the (cooled) melted chocolate. Use an electric whisk to whip together for 1 minute.
Spoon into bowls and either eat straight away or place in the fridge - it will thicken a little as it cools.
Notes
Want more protein? Use a high protein Greek yoghurt instead of a standard one, and this will add a little extra oomph!
