This easy gluten free guacamole recipe is perfect as a party appetiser or loaded on top of gluten free nachos or tacos. So quick to make and only 4 ingredients!
Finely chop the red onion and juice the limes. Finely chop the coriander (cilantro) and set to one side.
De-stone the avocados, then score the flesh and scoop it out with a spoon into a large bowl. Sprinkle in a generous pinch of sea salt and then use a fork to mash the avocados until creamy - a few chunks are good!
Add the onion, coriander and lime juice to the avocado and mix well before serving.
Notes
If making ahead of time, reserve the avocado stones and pop them back in the bowl of guacamole to stop it going brown!
