Nestled on Old Christchurch Road in Landsdowne, Bournemouth, lies a gluten-free treasure.

Natural Bourne Grillers - coeliac friendly!

The words "Coeliac Friendly" greet you on the door of Natural Bourne Grillers restaurant, and it just gets better from there!

Paul Sochor has made everything on the menu of his steak-house available gluten free.

From steak and burgers, to garlic bread, pasta and delicious-looking puddings, everything is safe for coeliacs.

And to make it even better - it's bring your own alcohol - with no corkage charge!

I spoke to Paul to find out more about he runs his restaurant, and why he decided to go gluten free.

The truth of it is that healthful cooking techniques need to satisfy only THREE basic and simple criteria the food you eat should not have extra amount of fat and salt i.e. should not be an excellent source of calories, it should retain the nutrients i.e. it shouldn't be empty calories and more importantly, it should taste good.
