Preheat the oven to 220C / 200C Fan / Gas Mark 7. Trim the sprouts and cut them in half lengthways.
Lay the sprouts on a baking tray (lined with baking paper) so they are cut-side-down. Sprinkle the bacon and chestnuts around the sprouts, season with black pepper and drizzle with the olive oil.
Roast for 20-25 minutes until the bacon has crisped up and the tops of the sprouts are starting to char. Remove from the oven and serve hot, with some extra salt and pepper to taste, if needed.

Storing: Any leftovers of these sprouts with bacon and chestnuts can be kept in the fridge and reheated in the air fryer or oven.
