This easy Slow Cooker Sausage Casserole recipe with baked beans is super simple and a great budget dinner for the whole family. This smoky and delicious recipe is great for batch cooking and freezing.
Add the olive oil to a frying pan and place on a medium-high heat. Add the sausages and bacon lardons and fry for 4-5 minutes until the sausages have browned and the bacon has started to go crispy.
Remove the pan from the heat and pour the sausages and beans into the slow cooker.
Add the rest of the ingredients into the slow cooker and mix well. Place the lid on and cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 7-8 hours. Serve hot.
