Break the milk chocolate and dark chocolate into squares or roughly chop. Add to the slow cooker along with the condensed milk.
Turn the slow cooker onto LOW and cook for 1 hour - stirring every 20 minutes to ensure the mixture doesn't stick to the side or burn.
Line a 20cm square baking tin with baking paper and pour the melted fudge mixture into it. Smooth out evenly.
Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes then place in the fridge and chill for 3-4 hours (or ideally overnight). Remove and cut into 24 squares.
Optional: Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together and then drizzle over the top. Place back in the fridge to set before eating or wrapping in gift bags or boxes.
