These fudgy and delicious Nutella Brownies are so easy to make using just 3 ingredients. Feel free to top them however you like, I use chopped hazelnuts but you can add Nutella swirls or chocolate chips, or whatever takes your fancy!
Preheat the oven to 180C / Fan 160C / Gas Mark 4. Line a 20cm x 20cm square tin with baking paper.
Mix the ingredients together to form a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into the tin. Smooth out and sprinkle with the hazelnuts.
Bake for 20-25 minutes - you want the middle to still wobble but the top to look crackled and baked.
Remove from the oven and cool completely before cutting and serving. Serve warm with ice-cream or cold as a snack/treat.
Notes
Storing: These brownies can be kept in an airtight container at room temperature or frozen. Enjoy them as they are or heat in the microwave for a warm dessert.
