These easy gluten free oven chips are the perfect side to any dinner. Skin on fries with only 3-ingredients and no need for deep frying! Serves 4 people as a side.
Leaving the skin on, cut the potatoes in 1cm strips. Place them in a colander and run under cold, running water.
Drain the potatoes onto a tea towel and pat dry. Place them onto a large baking tray, drizzle over the oil and sprinkle over the salt. Use your hands to mix them up so the potato chips are evenly coated.
Spread the potatoes so they are in one even layer (use two trays if needed - you don't want them to be too cramped!). Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes until golden, then serve hot!
