Melt the white chocolate in short intervals in the microwave, or in a bowl over hot water.

Once set, drizzle with extra white chocolate ‘bandages’ and stick on edible eyes.
For the Pretzel Ghouls:

Dip the Pretzels into the melted white chocolate, turning them to coat completely. Lay them on a sheet of baking paper, stick on the edible eyes and chill until set before eating.
For the Witches’ Fingers
Melt the white chocolate in short intervals in the microwave, or in a bowl over hot water. Once melted, stir in a little green food colouring.
Dip the Chocolate Fingers into the melted chocolate and turn to they are fully coated.
Lay the coated fingers on a sheet of baking paper and stick a flaked almond ‘finger nail’ onto the end of each one. Chill in the fridge until set.
For the Jaffa Cake Bats:
Melt the milk chocolate in short intervals in the microwave, or in a bowl over hot water.
Cut one Jaffa Cake in half and add a little melted chocolate onto each cut edge.
Press this down onto the top of another Jaffa Cake, so you have two ‘wings’ and stick on edible eyes. Set in the fridge before moving.
For the Jaffa Cake Spiders:
Melt the milk chocolate in short intervals in the microwave, or in a bowl over hot water.
Snap each Matchmaker chocolate stick into four equal pieces. Dip the end of each in the melted chocolate and stick 4 to each side of a Jaffa Cake to create the spider legs.
Stick edible eyes onto the spiders using a little melted chocolate and leave to set before moving.
For the Apple Monsters:
Cut an apple into four wedges and remove the core.
Using a small, sharp knife, cut a small wedge from the centre of the outside of each quarter to form the mouth.
Half-fill each mouth with some peanut butter and then stick a row of mini marshmallow ‘teeth’ into the mouth.
Use some of the extra melted chocolate from the other snacks to stick the edible eyes onto the apples.
To construct your Halloween board:
Once you have made all the snacks and they have all chilled and set, you can have fun constructing your board! Use bowls to create different levels and fill any gaps with extra Halloween candy and fruit. Get creative!
