This gluten free garlic bread recipe is a super quick and easy recipe to make the perfect side dish. You could use my homemade gluten free bread rolls recipe, shop-bought gluten free rolls or even just slices of gluten free bread. Includes both an air fryer and oven method.
Add the butter to a bowl and zap in the microwave for 10-15 seconds until softened. Add the garlic, chopped parsley and sea salt flakes to the butter and mix together well using a fork.
Slice the gluten free bread rolls in half and spread a generous layer of the butter mix evenly over each piece.
To make air fryer garlic bread:
Place the bread in one even layer in the air fryer basket, butter-side-up. Fry at 180C (356F) for 5 minutes until the edges are golden and the butter is melted.
To make garlic bread in the oven:
Preheat the oven to 200'C / Fan 180'C / Gas Mark 6. Place the bread on a baking tray (butter-side-up) and bake for 10 minutes until golden on top.
Notes
If using slices of gluten free bread, simply cut them in half/into triangles or leave them whole before butter.
