These easy frozen yoghurt bites only need 4 ingredients and are the perfect summer snack! I make 10 smaller bites but you can make larger ones if you prefer.
Hull the strawberries and then roughly chop them - I like them in relatively small chunks, but you can make them more 'pulpy' depending on what you prefer.
Add the strawberries, Greek yoghurt and honey to a bowl and mix well.
Spoon the mixture into 10 'bites' onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place this in the freezer and freeze for at least 5 hours (or overnight) - you want them to be solid before coating them!
When ready, melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second blasts (or in a bowl over hot water). One-at-a-time, coat the frozen yoghurt bites by dipping them in the bowl, turning with a fork to coat, then placing them back on the baking sheet.
Freeze again before eating so the chocolate sets completely. I recommend taking them out of the freezer approx 10 minutes before eating so they can soften a little!
