These crispy Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges are a great gluten free side dish. The sweet potato wedges are tossed in garlic, onion and paprika and ready in under 20 minutes. Serve them up as a delicious side dish with meat, fish or salads.
Cut the potatoes into wedges: to do this, cut them in half lengthways, then in half again. Cut each potato quarter in half again diagonally towards the centre, to create 8 wedges per potato.
Add the potato wedges to a large bowl and add the spices and oil. Toss to coat.
Spray the air fryer basket with a little extra oil. Lay the potato wedges out in one even layer. You want space between them, if they are too crowded they won't crisp up, so cook them in batches if needed.
Air fry at 200C for 15-18 minutes, tossing halfway through the cooking time. Serve straight away.
