Firstly I must apologise for the lack of attention I have paid to my blog recently, but now I’m back and determined to put my heart and soul into getting this page up and running!

I signed up to Glutafin the other month to get some free samples and I wanted to rave about Glutafin Biscuits (available on perscription only as a 200g pack, PIP-code: 022-8387).

Biscuits and a hot drink, what more could you ask for?

Since I became gluten free, I’ve never really delved back into the crunchy world of biscuits. But as I sat down with a cup of tea, I decided that I would give it a go.

I’m the kind of person who like her biscuits chocolate covered, crammed full of bits and pieces, not plain and boring. And these biscuits looked very plain and boring despite the pretty pattern around the edge.

But as I took a bite, I was suddenly a child again, sat there waiting for bed with a hot drink and biscuits. I hadn’t had any of the plain variety for nearly ten years yet these were far better than I could have expected.

Now, my memory may be a bit hazy as it’s been a long time, but they almost reminded me of Rich Tea biscuits, and they made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside!

If you just want to feel normal, with normal biscuits that taste remarkably homely and warm, then this is the packet for you! I shall definitely be ordering some more of these!
