Gluten Free Storecupboard is a collection of 20+ recipes made from basic ingredients being sold to support the charity Coeliac UK.

From cakes and cookies to meal ideas and bread, this book features old favourites from this blog as well as plenty of brand new, as-yet-unseen recipes.

In buying this eBook, you’ll not only be getting a whole host of kitchen inspiration, but you’ll also be helping this amazing charity support the gluten free community.

For every copy sold, £5 will be donated directly to Coeliac UK.

What recipes are in this eBook?

This eBook contains a collection of both sweet and savoury gluten free recipes, including:

  • Easy gluten free naan breads

How will this book help Coeliac UK?

Coeliac UK has been helping people with coeliac disease and other gluten-related conditions for more than 50 years – and now more than ever it needs our support.

With the coronavirus pandemic, the charity’s sources of income are under threat, with as much as half of its income lost. At the same time, enquiries to Coeliac UK are up 500%.

It costs £500 to run the Coeliac UK helpline for a day, costing on average £33.40 for each enquiry the charity receives.

With no government funding, every single penny will help, and the £5 from every copy of this eBook sold will help Coeliac UK continue their vital services.

So please stay home, stay safe, get baking and help raise as much money as possible for this incredible charity.

For every copy sold, £5 will go directly to Coeliac UK to help support its services. The rest will (hopefully) cover the costs of making and marketing the book to raise as much as possible!

Why is it so important to fund Coeliac UK?

Coeliac UK has around 65,000 members and has been a huge help to me in the 18 years since I was diagnosed with coeliac disease.

Their fantastic website and app is a huge resource for people on a gluten free diet, helping make sure you can access all the advice you need.

Since lockdown began the charity launched its  Coronavirus Hub with a wealth of advice and information to help people access all sorts of support.

This includes a tonne of gluten free recipes, digital support for those who are newly diagnosed and service updates from gluten free food providers.

Coordinating evidence-based advice, lobbying for better support from Government and working with the food industry is just some of what Coeliac UK does to help us.

This makes gluten free life so much easier and I wanted to do something to so that they can keep doing what they do.

For more than 50 years the charity has supported us and I wanted to be able to give something back while making sure you all have plenty of baking inspiration at home!
