What a truly, amazingly awful blogger I have been the last few weeks!

With a massive uni deadline looming and my (lack-of) thyroid rendering me pretty much useless, it’s needless to say that I have been neglecting this blog a little bit!

However, to make up for it, I have a treat for you all – FREE TICKETS to the Allergy and Gluten Free Show 2011!!

Now don’t say I don’t spoil you…

To claim your tickets, see the bottom of the page, but first – a little about the show…

On 6th – 8th May 2011, at Olympia, London, the show will provide a variety of products, specialists and information for people living with allergies, skin conditions, eczema, migraines, coeliac disease, hay fever, asthma, food intolerances and chemical sensitivities.

The show’s write up states:

“We recognise the issues you and your family face on a daily basis, and the distinct lack of credible information, knowledge and care that you encounter and work around to ensure you and your family’s lives are as unaffected as possible.

This is why we have pulled together the latest products, services and information, plus the country’s finest Consultant Allergists, Dermatologists, Dieticians & Respiratory Specialists, and put them all in one place, at one time.”

There will be a whole range of exciting activities and exhibitions throughout the day, including:

  • Shopping & Products
  • Sealy Seminar Theatre
  • Workshops
  • Sainsbury’s Cooking Zone
  • ASDA Demo Zone
  • Allergy CPD Masterclasses – Food, Dermatology & Respiratory Allergies
  • Food & Drink Trade Workshop
  • Recipe Exchange

Last year I was gutted when uni commitments got in the way of me visiting the show, but this year I can’t wait!

There will be loads of great products for you to try, cookery demonstrations and free-to-attend seminars with experts so you can get all the information you need on your conditions.

For those of you that can’t attend the show, I’ll be LIVE BLOGGING (oh yes, getting with the times!) from the show on my Twitter account – @GFBlogger

And for those of you that want to attend and join in the fun, grab your free tickets by clicking here!!
