I firmly believe that Coeliac Awareness Week is about spreading the awareness of coeliac disease and its symptoms. However, I also appreciate that gluten free food can be expensive, and who doesn’t love a chance to save some cash, right? I know I do! Which is why I’ve been hunting down all the best deals for you for Coeliac Awareness Week 2019.

So as well as all the the pieces I’m putting out there to raise awareness of coeliac disease, I wanted to make sure you guys can make the most of the gluten free bargains too. Because if you have to eat gluten free for life, you might as well make the most of it. Don’t forget to check out my money saving tips for a gluten free diet too when you’re done here.
