Tasty and quick to make, what a dinner!

If you're wondering what to cook tonight and you're in a bit of a hurry, then this is the perfect dinner for you!

To make this, I used Juvela Fibre Linguine, which is a really great make of pasta. With extra fibre it's especially good for you, and it cooks quickly and easily, without the unpleasant bittiness that you sometimes get with corn-based pastas.

So here's the recipe for this delicious meal.

Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon Linguine

To serve one, you will need:
100g Juvela fibre linguine
Garlic and Herb cream cheese
Smoked salmon
2-3 tablespoons of milk

  • Boil the pasta dnd then drain
  • In a saucepan add the cream cheese and milk. Stir until there are no lumps and all the cream cheese has melted
  • Add the smoked salmon and the drained pasta.
  • Stir the mixture through the pasta until warm and serve

And that's all you need for a quick, simple and tasty meal!
