This year has really topped the chart in the Christmas food stakes. While the main event is over and everyone is conjuring up inventive ways of using leftover turkey, I thought I'd share with you the highlights of my Christmas food-a-thon, and hope it gives you some inspiration for next year...
Christmas breakfast
Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs
Bucks Fizz
Christmas lunch
Roast beef rib, slightly pink in the middle
Roast potatoes
Veg: Brussels sprouts, carrots, leeks in white sauce, roasted parsnips
Gluten free Yorkshire puddings made with Isabel's gluten free mix
Home made beef gravy
Tesco Finest pigs in blankets
For dessert: Sainsbury's toffee and pecan meringue roulade
Supper
A mixture of cheeses and cold meat (beef and ham) with Mrs Crimble's cheese crackers
Home made mince pies with marzipan for dessert!
Boxing Day
Cold meats, jacket potatoes, cheese, salads, olives, coleslaw and a hell of a lot of Bailey's!

Mrs Crimble's Crackers are the best! We had stuffing made from GF sausage meat from our local butchers which was so yummy!
