It's always quite amusing when shops get stuff wrong and have to recall products...until it's something that could seriously affect your health.
The new Free From range, Made Without Wheat, brought out by Marks and Spencer this year has been off to a flying start. I'm definitely a fan of their to-die-for chocolate muffins!
However, the Food Standard's Agency have now issued a report that M&S are recalling their GLUTEN FREE RICH FRUIT CAKE.
According to the FSA, the product being withdrawn is:
- Marks & Spencer Gluten Free Rich Fruit Cake
- ‘Display until’ date: 24 October 2010
- ‘Best before’ date: 30 October 2010
- Unique code: 00395120
- Weight: 375g
The cake being withdrawn apparently contains WHEAT FLOUR due to a mis-labelling of the product.
This is not just food...it's also poison..!
